The company specializes in providing electronic components and electrical materials, primarily supporting customers in the automotive and electronics industries through its trading and distribution activities. Position: Warehouse Supervisor Industry: Logistics Company Work Location: Sta. Rosa City, Laguna Work Setup: Monday - Friday (Dayshift) Salary Range: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 (Negotiable) Work Arrangement: Work on site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree holder With at-least 3 years of experience as warehouse Team lead or supervisor. Experience working in a Logistics Company is an Advantage. Amendable to work in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. Amenable to attend face to face interviewJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Align physical warehouse stock with financial accounting records to ensure total accuracy. Develops and recommends policies and procedures covering receiving, shipping, storage and material handling, to ensure all fronts of pilferages and theft are adequately covered and checked. Trains, motivate and handle the warehouse and shipping staff so as to develop an efficient and effective workforce. Organizes efficient clearing of all incoming shipments and administers the system to report and account for all materials received within shortest possible time. Establishes operating targets, indices and methods of measurement to evaluate current and further needs in terms of space, equipment and manpowerRECRUITMENT PROCESS: (FACE TO FACE)
