Research & Innovation:
- Conducting scientific, technological, and market research to identify opportunities for new products or improvements.
- Devising and executing experiments to gather user needs and test new concepts.
Development & Design:
- Designing and testing product prototypes and new systems.
- Developing new product features and processes to meet consumer needs and market trends.
- Refining and redesigning existing products to improve performance or meet new standards.
Analysis & Data Management:
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from research and experiments to inform product design.
- Creating reports on trial results, project status, and market findings for stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Working with other departments, universities, and partners to develop and commercialize new technologies and products.
- Communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to management and other stakeholders.
Documentation:
- Creating and maintaining documentation for new products, such as technical specifications, formulations, and process flows.
