Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description: - Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Supervise and train staff to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related course.
- With experience as a fast-food chain manager, with at least 1 - 3 years is REQUIRED.
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
- Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
- With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss reports, sales reports, inventory, and ordering.
- Preferably residing near the store location
- With complete government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health)
- Willing to undergo training.
- Can start ASAP
