We are hiring experienced chat representatives to join our remote customer engagement team. This is a long-term, full-time role with paid training, clear performance targets, and a real career path.
This is text-only work — no calls, no video, no camera required.
What you'll do
You'll manage incoming customer conversations on behalf of online clients, building rapport with subscribers and driving engagement performance. We provide full training on our platform, scripts, and methodology — your job is to show up consistently, write well, and hit your targets.
What we offer
- Base salary USD 600–1,100/month based on experience, plus uncapped commission on every sale you close

What we're looking for
- Fluent written English (essential — your writing is the job)
- Fast, accurate typing and ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Emotional intelligence — reading tone, matching energy, building trust through text
- Reliability: showing up for shifts and consistently hitting targets
- Stable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Previous experience in chat support, customer service, sales, or online engagement is a plus but not required
