Description - Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding product features and functionality.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations and proposals.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients to ensure proper usage and benefits.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a technical support or sales support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic technical knowledge of company products.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
