We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Assistant to support our IT department with daily technical tasks. You will help maintain computer systems, assist with software and hardware issues,and provide basic technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Provide technical support to employees (in person or remotely)
Install and update software as needed
Ensure data backups and basic security protocols are followed
Keep inventory of IT equipment and supplies
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A degree or diploma in IT or a related field is a plus
