Job Title: Data Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
A. Design and Implement data ingestion pipelines
- Lead data take design / structure
- Create automated process to collect, aggregate, and ingest data from different sources across departments.
B. Ensure data quality and establish governance
- Standardize processes (which could include report generation or operations related processes) and coordinate implementation with business process owners
- Establish policies and measures on data access, security, privacy, and usage
C. Maintenance & Optimization
- Assess end-to-end process workflows, identify inefficiencies and optimize processes
- Configure for scalability and cost-effectiveness
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in any following fields?
- Data Science
- Computer Science
- Engineering (Industrial, Computer, or related)
- Strong analytical capability and data storytelling
- High proficiency in SQL and any of the following, Google Data Studio, Power BI, AWS Cloud Systems.
- AI experience is an advantage
- Expertise in continuous improvement tools and structured problem solving
- Ability to lead improvement activities independently
- High-confidence in cross-functional communication
