The Assistant Sales Supervisor supports the Sales Supervisor in managing the Sales Team, monitoring sales activities, achieving sales targets, coaching Sales Officers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The position serves as a support function to the Sales Supervisor and may act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) when the Sales Supervisor is unavailable. The Assistant Sales Supervisor is expected to contribute directly to sales performance while helping ensure that the Sales Team maintain productivity, accountability, professionalism, and proper customer handling. Key responsibilities
- Support the Sales Supervisor and Sales Team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets and maintain personal minimum monthly sales target of 100,000 or as determined by management
- Monitor the daily activities and productivity of Sales Officers and ensure that Sales Officers consistently work on their assigned leads and accounts
- Monitor assigned SQL, Follow-up, Pending and Closed Won leads and monitor the timeliness and quality of customer follow-ups
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Izumi and Aqualipure products, including their features, benefits, applications, and proper usage
- Provide coaching and guidance on selling techniques, product presentations, customer handling, negotiation, and closing
- Track individual Sales Officer performance and identify areas requiring improvement and analyze sales funnel performance and identify conversion gaps
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, communication and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare or assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports and ensure that sales data and reports are accurate and updated
- Coordinate with Marketing, Service, Inventory and Audit department or other relevant departments to ensure smooth customer transactions
- Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) when the Sales Supervisor is unavailable and assist in supervising the Sales Team and maintaining daily operations
- At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets, handling customers, negotiating, and closing sales
- Able to assist in managing, coaching, motivating, and monitoring Sales Officers and lead the team when needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to conduct team briefings and coaching
- Skilled in handling customer concerns, complaints, negotiations, and maintaining good customer relationships
- Responsible, disciplined, dependable, accountable, and willing to accept feedback and improve
- Proficient in email, messaging apps, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting and data analysis
