Procurement Payments Analysts (Day Shift)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Payments Analyst to manage end-to-end payment operations, invoice processing, and exception handling across assigned markets. The role requires executing payments accurately within SLA timelines, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payment processing including invoice validation, payment runs, and exception handling within SLA timelines
- Serve as subject matter expert for complex payment issues, conducting root cause analysis and coordinating resolution across teams
- Monitor payment key performance indicators and drive corrective actions to improve on-time rates and reduce error rates
- Support process governance, compliance audits, and identify risks with proactive mitigation recommendations
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements, automation opportunities, and process standardization across regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification
- 3–5 years of payments, accounts payable, or finance operations experience
- Strong expertise in payment processes, invoice processing, and financial controls
- SAP (MM/FI) experience preferred
- Fluency in English (written and oral); additional regional language advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
