Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for application and supporting documents
- Respond to customer inquiries and keep accurate records
- Accurate data entry of application details into the system
- Liaise with brokers, broker support staff, and internal teams
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Perform other tasks as needed to support business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, or loan processing
- Familiarity with Loan App, Simpology (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Team player, proactive, and results-driven
