- Position: Spanish Customer Help Desk Support

- Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
- Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
- Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat using Spanish or English languages
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing proactive customer outreach
- Handling customer complaints
- Perform other related tasks if needed.

- Must be fluent in Spanish and English language
- Open for Filipino or Foreign nationals who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
- Open for Senior High School, College graduate, and Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years in College)
- With or without call center experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and network technologies is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
