Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of call center experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, excellent customer service skills, and technical aptitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong understanding of sales pipelines and call center operations
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
