Travel Customer Experience Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Travel and Hospitality Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, provide excellent support, and help create a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, reservations, and services.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers through phone, chat, or other support channels.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with account-related requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Profile 1: Entry-Level Applicants
- No call center experience required.
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to be trained and develop a career in the BPO industry.
Profile 2: Experienced Applicants
- At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience.
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Language Requirement:
- CEFR Level B2 (English proficiency required).
Compensation:
- Competitive salary package depending on BPO experience.
- Earn up to ₱25,000 .
