- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service support or customer service operations;
- Knowledgeable in heavy equipment, machinery, and spare parts management;
- Can effectively communicate in both English and Filipino;
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation;
- Able to coordinate effectively with customers, service teams, and suppliers;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Coordinate and monitor after-sales service activities to ensure timely support for customers;
- Prepare, update, and maintain service records, reports, work orders, and customer documentation;
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding service requests, inquiries, and follow-ups;
- Monitor and coordinate spare parts availability, ordering, and delivery to support service operations;
- Communicate effectively with customers, service technicians, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
- Generate service performance reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications;
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction;
- Track service progress and follow up on pending jobs, warranty claims, and customer requests;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance after-sales processes and customer experience
