Sales Consultant

Job Description:
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image.
- Welcome customers and build positive relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Encourage repeat business by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Driving Skills: Must possess a valid, clean driver's license and the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely during test drives.
- Sales Experience: Prior work history in car dealerships, retail sales, or customer service.
- Communication: Clear, friendly speaking and listening skills to build quick rapport with clients.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work Ethic: High energy, resilient attitude, and basic math skills for calculating payments and pricing.
