Description - Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Support the implementation of employee benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for employee compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment of compensation strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and team player
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
