• Pure Chat Support
• Email / Back Office (subject to availability)

Voice accounts are also open depending on business needs. (Account assignment will depend on assessment results and availability.) ⸻ Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone
• Provide accurate information about products, billing, or services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document interactions properly in the system
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Full training will be provided. ⸻ No Experience? That’s Okay! If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Alabang, you already qualify. Examples:

• Service Crew at Jollibee, McDo, Chowking (Festival Mall / ATC)
• Sales Associate at SM Southmall or Alabang Town Center
• Cashier at Puregold, Robinsons, or local supermarkets
• Front Desk / Receptionist
• Online seller handling chat inquiries

• Basic English communication skills
