Good news — Concentrix Alabang is now hiring for Non-Voice Chat Support roles, plus Voice accounts are also open. Location: Concentrix Alabang, Muntinlupa Limited slots available ⸻ NON-VOICE Chat Support (Priority Opening)
- Pure Chat Support
- Email / Back Office (subject to availability)
- Assist customers via chat, email, or phone
- Provide accurate information about products, billing, or services
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Document interactions properly in the system
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Service Crew at Jollibee, McDo, Chowking (Festival Mall / ATC)
- Sales Associate at SM Southmall or Alabang Town Center
- Cashier at Puregold, Robinsons, or local supermarkets
- Front Desk / Receptionist
- Online seller handling chat inquiries
- Senior High School Graduate
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required
- Basic English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang
- Open to shifting schedules
