Job Description (General)
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email (account-dependent)
- Provide accurate and professional support
- Follow simple processes with full training provided
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required (training provided)
- With or without customer service experience
- (Retail, Fast Food, Hotel, Sales, Service Crew, etc. are welcome)
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang Town Center
- Willing to learn and be coached
