- We are the Community Developers and Construction Corporation (CDCC) which is a Triple A construction and engineering company for general building with registration particulars for large A-Building and industrial plant. CDCC’s primary goal is to provide general construction and construction management services.
- WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting audits while gaining valuable insights into corporate accounting practices. This role is perfect for students or graduating students pursuing a career in accounting or finance.
- Financial Data Entry: Assist in entering financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
- Bookkeeping: Support in maintaining and updating financial records.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Help process payments, track outstanding invoices, and reconcile accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Support in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by organizing documents and providing requested information.
- Expense Tracking: Review and verify expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing tax documents, such as VAT, GST, and payroll taxes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Help in preparing budget reports and financial forecasts.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for cost reduction.
- Administrative Support: Provide support in filing, document management, and other administrative tasks related to accounting.
- Learning & Development: Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and finance teams to gain hands-on experience in real-world accounting tasks.
- Graduating student of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Management, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
