- Assist in day-to-day operations and tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace or environment.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for use by primary workers.
- Load and unload materials or products as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance or cleaning tasks to ensure the workplace remains safe and functional.
- Provide general support by carrying out any additional tasks as requested by team members.
- Help in organizing supplies and materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards and policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding progress and needs.

- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Specific education or certification may be required for certain industries (e.g., construction helpers may need safety training or certifications).
- Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina to handle manual tasks (standing, lifting, and carrying items).
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in the workplace.
- Strong communication skills to work well with others.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a helper or similar role is a plus but not always required.
- Experience in a specific field (e.g., warehouse, construction, or hospitality) may be required for specialized helper roles.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (specific weight limits may apply).
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (if applicable to the industry).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours or shifts if necessary.
- Preferred:
- Forklift or machinery operation experience (for warehouse or industrial helper roles).
