- We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting skilled workers, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring smooth workflow. This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers or supervisors in performing tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and assembling.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
