Executive Assistant (Fluent in Fukkien/ Hokkien)

About the Role
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the senior leadership team. This full-time position is based in Marilao Bulacan and requires fluency in Hokkien.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-level, confidential administrative support to executive team members
- Scheduling and coordinating complex meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assisting with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hokkien
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines
