As a Service Delivery Coordinator...
You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.
Ideal Technical Profile
More than 2+ years of required experience as a Customer Service or similar technical support role
Knowledge in Ticketing CRM
Basic Intermediate knowledge in Active Directory, O365 or any cloud services provider
Strong desktop knowledge (Windows 11)
Diagnose and rectify WAN and LAN issue, including ADSL based technologies
Practical experience in PC hardware repairs is a advantage
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
Service awareness of all organizations key service for which support is being provided.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions
Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software
Additional general administration tasks
Monitoring and Management of System Alerts
Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
