Trailer Truck Mechanic

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on truck trailers.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn trailer parts (e.g., brakes, axles, suspensions, air systems, lights).
- Conduct welding and fabrication work when necessary.
- Ensure all trailers meet safety and regulatory standards (e.g., LTFRB, LTO compliance).
- Document all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Operate tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and report major mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Respond to breakdowns or emergency repairs in the field when needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or TESDA NC II/NC III certification in Automotive Servicing or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a truck or trailer mechanic (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of trailer components, air brake systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and parts.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and maintenance software is an advantage.
