- We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage stock, and ensure the store is well-maintained. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and support.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are stocked and presentable.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking products, and conducting stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Support promotional activities and in-store marketing efforts.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate loads.
