Full-Time | Permanent | Industry: Fitness Equipment / E-Commerce / Customer Solutions Do you enjoy talking to people, understanding what they actually need, and guiding them toward the right solution? We're looking for a Sales Executive to join a growing U.S.-based company specializing in fitness equipment, replacement parts, accessories, and customer solutions. This is a long-term, permanent work-from-home opportunity. You don't need to be an expert in fitness equipment — training will be provided.
TRAINING PROVIDED
No prior fitness equipment or replacement parts experience required Full training on products, systems, and the sales process What matters most is strong communication, the right attitude, and genuine sales potential Customer-facing or sales experience is highly valued, even if you haven't worked in the fitness equipment industryWHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle inbound sales inquiries through phone and email Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or solutions Follow up on quotes, leads, and potential sales Handle objections and confidently close sales opportunities Maintain accurate customer and sales records Coordinate with internal teams when needed Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales processWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong spoken and written English, with clear communication that is easily understood by U.S. customers Confidence in speaking with customers and building rapport Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, account management, or a related field A natural and personable communicator who can sell without relying heavily on a script Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills Quick learner who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Goal-oriented with a genuine focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team Bonus experience: Fitness equipment, e-commerce, technical sales, electronics, appliances, automotive/mechanical products, or consultative sales.WHAT WE OFFER
