Maintenance Personnel

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance Personnel to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building systems including electrical, plumbing, lighting, and air-conditioning units
- Conduct minor repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and patching walls
- Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues
- Monitor building utilities and report any irregularities or safety hazards
- Follow safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or vocational/technical certification preferred
- At least 1–2 years of maintenance or facilities experience
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing manual tasks
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
