Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us Taguig with the role of Usage Officer

In this role you will manage and execute credit card usage programs across all variants, handling everything from analysis and planning to implementation, coordination, and post-program evaluation. Your role has significant financial, operational, and reputational impact due to its direct influence on customers, stakeholders, and the overall credit card business.

What the role will entail

• Manages end-to-end execution, tracking, and analysis of complex credit card campaigns to drive engagement and business growth.
• Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with merchants, payment schemes, and external partners.
• Conducts competitive analysis, customer data review, and market trend monitoring to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
• Supports strategy development, identifies spending opportunities, and ensures timely execution of approved marketing initiatives.
• Coordinates with internal units, develops communication materials, and ensures compliance with regulatory and approval requirements.
• Monitors campaign performance, revenue, and expenses while maintaining stakeholder relationships and resolving issues to meet business targets.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business-related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience including 3 years in the credit card industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, particularly credit cards and consumer loans, with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, creativity, multitasking, and comprehensive business analysis.
• Expertise in sales and marketing, financial and data analytics, risk and budget management, and campaign/project execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer focus, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT tools, business development, and cost-benefit analysis.
