Accounts Payable Assistant

Description - Process accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and ensuring accurate billing.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Prepare payment requests and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Experience Level: No experience required, we accept fresh graduates.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
