Leasing Assistant

The Leasing Assistant is responsible for maintaining positive relationships between tenants and property management. This role ensures tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns, coordinating services, and supporting property operations to create a welcoming and well-managed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and other departments to address tenant needs
- Assist in tenant onboarding, including orientation and move-in processes
- Monitor tenant accounts and support rent collection follow-ups (if applicable)
- Organize tenant engagement activities, events, or community programs
- Maintain accurate tenant records, correspondence, and documentation
- Conduct regular tenant feedback surveys and report findings to management
- Ensure compliance with property policies, procedures, and lease agreements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
- Preferrable with hotel experience
- Experience in customer service, property management, or tenant relations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
