Sales Representative (Bancassurance)

JOB SUMMARY:
Sun Life Grepa Financial is looking for dynamic, passionate, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team as Bancassurance Sales Officers . In this role, you will be based in partner bank branches to promote and sell life insurance products to bank clients, helping them achieve financial security.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch personnel and clients.
- Identify and assess the financial needs of bank clients and offer appropriate Sun Life insurance solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and financial needs analysis.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in trainings, product updates, and branch meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 years Bachelor's Degree course.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Willing to be assigned in bank branches.
