Position: Vietnamese Customer Support (5 Heads Needed)
Industry: IT- BPO Company
Salary: Php 60,000- Php 85,000 Monthly
Schedule: 5 days per week (Shifting schedule)
Location: Makati City
Worksetup: Work onsite

Requirements:
- Vietnamese national can speak in English
- willing to relocate or in the Philippines
- No Experience required
- Open to Undergraduates
- With experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
- Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
- Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customer
- Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement.
