Mozaik Joinery Drafter / CNC Programmer - AU Account

Australian Pathways is seeking an experienced Mozaik Joinery Drafter / CNC Programmer to support our Australian client, an established joinery manufacturer servicing the commercial construction industry.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in the Philippines. You will work directly with the Australian client's team to prepare detailed joinery drawings, develop accurate cabinetry designs and produce CNC-ready files for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Mozaik software to draft and detail custom joinery and cabinetry.

• Produce accurate shop drawings, cutting lists and material schedules.

• Generate CNC-ready files suitable for direct use in the manufacturing process.

• Interpret architectural drawings, construction plans and project specifications.

• Ensure designs are practical, accurate and suitable for manufacture.

• Coordinate with the Australian team to clarify design details and resolve technical issues.

• Update drawings and production files in response to design changes and project requirements.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality across all production documentation.

• Demonstrated experience using Mozaik software for joinery design and drafting.

• Proven ability to produce CNC-ready files for joinery manufacturing .

• Experience in joinery, cabinetry or shopfitting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience working with an Australian joinery company will be highly regarded , particularly familiarity with Australian architectural drawings, construction documentation and joinery manufacturing practices.

• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, materials, hardware and manufacturing methods.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate design requirements into production-ready outputs.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and communicate effectively with an Australian-based team.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
