Senior Estimator - Joinery

Position : Senior Estimator Joinery 

Salary : PHP 80,000 - 112,000 per month 

Working Hours & Conditions : AU Working Hours and Holidays

This role is a Senior Commercial Estimator & Business Development Manager (BDM) for a growing joinery business scaling into high-value commercial sectors (education, healthcare, hospitality, and premium residential). This position is fully accountable for the entire commercial revenue cycle from identifying and pursuing tender opportunities to taking off multi-trade scopes, calculating precise margins, negotiating with tier-1/tier-2 builders, and closing signed contracts up to and exceeding $1M AUD in value.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

• Manage the full commercial cycle, including project identification, pursuit, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Lead end-to-end quoting for large-scale commercial joinery projects with scopes exceeding $1M.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and secure supplier pricing while maintaining strict margin control across cabinetry, pinboards, whiteboards, metalwork, upholstery, and stone.
• Utilise JOBMAN expertise to ensure quote accuracy and a turnaround time within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Handle addendums, RFIs, and scope clarifications throughout the tender period.
• Build and manage strong relationships with builders and clients from initial contact through to contract signature.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Commercial Joinery & Shopfitting Estimating Experience. Proven track record of independently pricing and winning multi-trade commercial projects averaging $1M+ AUD.
• Deep hands-on knowledge in pricing and sourcing joinery alongside integrated trades: metalwork, stone, upholstery, pinboards/whiteboards, and glass.
• Mastery in digital quantity takeoffs, digital overlays, and estimating markups using Bluebeam.
• Demonstrable ability to manage builder relationships, negotiate prices, navigate RFIs (Request for Information), and secure signatures.
