Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Executive (Finished Dosage Form & API) located in Metro Manila.
Main responsibility:
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients and business partners in the Philippines, mainly pharmaceutical distributors, hospitals, doctors.
- Promote and introduce finished pharmaceutical products and APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) to the target customers.
- Execute market research and analysis to assess trends, brand recognition, and competitor ventures to come up with marketing programs for achieving business goals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and explore business opportunities.
- Complete and submit reports on regular basic as timelines.
- Achieve target set up as per KPIs which decide by time to time.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, Sales Planning, and Account Management
- Strong customer relationship management and client acquisition skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), and finished dosage forms
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including market analysis and data interpretation
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
