This role sits at the center of both.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role. You won’t be managing calendars, coordinating meetings, or preparing presentations.

As Chief of Staff to the Founder, you’ll work on the company’s highest-leverage opportunities - wherever they exist.

One month you may be helping redesign the operating model of Advantage HQ.

The next, you may be evaluating an acquisition, helping recruit a CEO for one of our portfolio companies, launching a new consumer brand, implementing AI across the organization, or leading a company-wide strategic initiative.

You won’t own a single department. You’ll help shape the future of the entire platform.

Your Mission

Partner directly with the Founder to help build one of the world’s leading consumer products platforms by driving the strategic initiatives, operating systems, and executive decisions that unlock our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Own

Across the Advantage HQ Platform

• Company-wide strategic initiatives
• Organizational design and operating model
• Executive KPI dashboards and reporting
• AI implementation across the business
• Annual planning and company OKRs
• Executive recruiting and leadership hiring
• Cross-functional transformation projects
• Operational excellence and process redesign
• Strategic partnerships
• Founder special projects

Across the HoldCo & Portfolio Companies

• Acquisition evaluation and due diligence
• Venture incubation and new company launches
• Portfolio company operating strategy
• CEO and executive recruitment
• Product commercialization initiatives
• New market and category expansion
• Portfolio performance improvement
• Capital allocation analysis
• Business model and pricing strategy
• Growth initiatives across portfolio companies

You’ll continuously move between strategy, operations, finance, AI, investing, product development, recruiting, and execution.

Within your first 12 months, you will have:

Ideal Experience

You have likely spent the last 4-10 years solving complex business problems in one of the following environments:

• McKinsey & Company
• Bain & Company
• Boston Consulting Group
• A leading strategy consulting firm
• A high-growth technology company in Strategy, Business Operations, or the Office of the CEO
• A private equity portfolio operations team
• A venture studio, investment platform, or consumer-focused investment firm

You may currently be a:

Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams is highly valued.

Compensation & Location

• $120,000 - 260,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
• Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
