Accountant - CPA - Account Receivable Specialist - BGC, Taguig

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy CPA license preferred (advantage). Familiarity with BIR compliance processes and reporting requirements. Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, balance sheet, and profit & loss preparation. At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable. Proficiency in accounting systems (ERP experience such as NetSuite or SAP is a plus). Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable transactions, including billing, collections, and monitoring of outstanding balances. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, including preparation and filing of relevant forms and reports. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors as needed. Coordinate with Accounts Payable and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Provide accurate and timely financial data to management for decision-making.
