Purchasing | Procurement

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all parties involved in the delivery and completion of the item taking into consideration the best practices
2. Responsible for finding, vetting, accrediting, and negotiating with vendors, subcontractors, fabricators, installers, service providers, and other third parties required for the delivery and fulfillment of JPM’s projects
3. Negotiate for price, lead time payment, payment terms, and other necessary particulars and terms. Sourcing can be done locally
4. Maintain price competitive and profitable at all times and support design creativity

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, inventory, or a related position
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for preparing reports, monitoring purchases, and maintaining records
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling purchase orders, deliveries, and documents
• Willing to be assigned in BGC
