Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales
Experience in digital products, web services, or website-related solutions is an advantage
Willing to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outbound calls and build strong customer relationships
Identify customer needs and opportunities through effective engagement
Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and escalate concerns
Promote and upsell Premium Care services to achieve sales targets
Assist customers in activating products and features for better adoption
Adapt communication for international clients and diverse markets
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports
