Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of the Equipment Development Process Gate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and improve production equipment, poka-yoke systems, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing requirements.
• Perform equipment development activities including:
1. Equipment Specification Creation
2. 3D Mechanical Design
3. Equipment Fabrication
4. Installation and Commissioning
5. Machine Adjustment and Improvement
• Prepare technical documents, design review materials, and presentations throughout each stage of equipment development.
Required Competencies:
• Ability to understand and execute the Equipment Development Process Gate.
• Create equipment specifications in coordination with Production and Maintenance departments.
• Develop 3D mechanical designs using Autodesk Inventor and effectively present designs during design reviews.
• Apply proper fabrication methods, tools, and safety practices during equipment manufacturing and assembly.
• Ability to create and interpret engineering drawings, assemblies, and technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of machine design, equipment development, manufacturing processes, and automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Attention to detail and engineering accuracy when reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, and machine performance data.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
