Production Operator

- We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor production processes effectively.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong communication skills to work well within a team environment.
- Basic math skills to track production outputs and quality control measurements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific machinery, such as CNC machines, assembly lines, or other production equipment.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Forklift certification or other relevant machinery operation certifications.
