JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform assembly operations involving wire harnesses, cables, connectors, and related components according to work instructions and production standards.
- Assemble and connect wires, terminals, and connectors following the required specifications.
- Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
- Inspect assembled products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Operate basic production tools and equipment used in assembly processes.
- Identify and report defective materials, incorrect connections, and other production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area.
- Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and production targets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With experience in production assembly, particularly wire harness assembly.
- Knowledge of wire harness components, connectors, terminals, and cable assembly is an advantage.
- Able to follow work instructions and assembly diagrams.
- Keen attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduates and applicants without experience may be considered, depending on company requirements.
