Your Day-to-Day
- You’ll be the friendly, reliable voice customers can trust. Expect to:
- Answer questions and solve problems by phone, chat, or email
- Give clear, accurate information customers can rely on
- Help customers feel heard and supported
- Follow processes so we keep delivering world-class service
- Team up with colleagues to hit targets and celebrate wins together
What We’re Looking For
- High school grad, SHS grad, or college level/grad
- No BPO experience is required.
- Confident communicator in English – both written and spoken
- High emotional quotient and empathy towards patients.
- Able to work, communicate and collaborate with others effectively and efficiently.
- Organized and able to handle a fast-paced workload
- Willing to work on-site.
Work Setup
Location: eBloc 3, IT Park, Lahug Cebu City
