Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work on-site, hybrid, or work-from-home setup (depending on business needs).
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
