Delivery Manager - (banking experience is a plus)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, delivery management, or technology program delivery.
Mandatory experience in banking or financial services technology projects.
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or ServiceNow.
Knowledge of banking systems, digital banking, payment platforms, or core banking applications
