Content Strategist & Copywriter

Position Overview :
This role owns writing craft and voice for the organization — an excellent writer able to handle the complexity of specialty RCM subject matter, with the practical range to support content across web, advertising, social, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing and editing copy across web, content, sales, advertising, social, and internal communications, working from requests across the business
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all written assets
- Partnering across a diverse set of stakeholders on content requests, ensuring copy is compelling, on-brand and structured for discoverability
- Managing freelance copywriters supporting on-demand writing needs.
Qualifications :
- 5–8+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or editorial work — either as a marketing practitioner or from a broader creative writing background
- Exceptional writing craft, with demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical subject matter into clear, compelling copy
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across formats and audiences — long-form content, sales and advertising copy, social, and internal communications
- Excellent editorial judgment and ability to maintain a consistent voice across a high volume of written output
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, given regular cross-functional work with US-based teams
- Willingness to maintain working hours that overlap meaningfully with US-based teams for regular collaboration and meetings
