Creative Content Strategist

This role is responsible for turning business and marketing objectives into effective creative campaigns and content strategies. The person will develop campaign concepts, messaging, content pillars, creative briefs, and content calendars, while ensuring that all content aligns with the brand and campaign goals.

The role works closely with influencers/content creators, Talent Operations, Marketing, Production, and Social Media teams to guide content from planning through production, review, revision, and final publishing. A key responsibility is balancing brand consistency and campaign requirements with creator authenticity.

The role also involves reviewing content quality, managing revisions, optimizing content for different digital platforms, and analyzing audience behavior, trends, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:

• Marketing and campaign strategy
• Translating business objectives into creative direction and content strategies
• Content planning, creative briefs, and content calendars
• Messaging, tone of voice, copywriting, hooks, and CTAs
• Working with influencers, creators, or talent
• Developing creator guidelines and maintaining brand standards
• Content production workflows, including scripts, shot lists, and shoots
• Content review, quality assurance, and revision management
• Social media platforms, content optimization, and performance analytics
• Trend analysis and identifying creative opportunities
• Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
