Sales Consultant

Qualifications

• We are prioritizing experienced automotive sales professionals. Fresh graduates or
• candidates with no automotive sales background will not be considered for this batch.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive retail sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of
  consistently meeting or exceeding monthly unit targets.
• Prior experience selling Chinese automotive brands (Chery, Jetour, MG, BYD, GAC, BAIC, Geely, Omoda&Jaecoo) is a strong advantage — familiarity with PHEV/EV product positioning is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in digital/online sales and lead generation — candidates must be able to
• demonstrate actual results (units sold from online leads, boosted post reach, inquiry-to-sale conversions) from previous roles.
  Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram for Business, TikTok for Business, or equivalent paid digital advertising tools is required for this batch.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking sheets, or dealership management systems is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• A. Floor Sales & Customer Handling

• Greet, qualify, and attend to all walk-in customers in accordance with the Jetour Greenhills Showroom Decorum Manual.
• Conduct professional product presentations tailored to the customer's identified needs, budget, and lifestyle.
• Accompany and facilitate all test drives in compliance with the dealership's test drive protocol.
• Prepare accurate, timely quotations using the official dealership template and guide customers through
  financing and payment options.
• Execute the full sales closing process: from reservation deposit to contract signing, coordinating with
  F&I and Documentation for a seamless experience.

• Achieve a minimum personal monthly closing ratio of 20–25% (lead-to-sale) consistent with the High-Competency Tier standard.

B. Online Lead Generation & Digital Boosting

• Actively generate and manage personal online leads through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other
  approved digital platforms.
• Create and post engaging content (photos, short videos, product features, promos) on personal and
  dealership social media accounts to drive inquiries and walk-ins.
• Run or coordinate boosted posts and targeted social media ads in alignment with the dealership's
  monthly content calendar and digital strategy.
• Respond to all online and social media inquiries within 15 minutes during business hours — no
  unacknowledged leads.
• Convert online leads to showroom appointments and test drives through professional chat and follow-
  up communication.

• Maintain and update the Online Lead Tracking Sheet with every inquiry, status update, and outcome.

C. Lead Follow-Up & Nurture

• Follow up on all unconverted leads on Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 per the standard follow-up cadence.
• Maintain a personal prospect pipeline and actively work to advance every lead toward a next step.
• Re-engage past inquiries and lost leads with updated offers, new promos, or new model
  announcements.
• Participate in the dealership's referral program by actively soliciting referrals from purchased
  customers.

D. Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

• Maintain deep, current knowledge of the entire Jetour Greenhills model lineup — specs, variants, colors, pricing, PHEV/EV technology, and ownership benefits.
• Stay informed of competitive models (pricing, features, promos) to confidently handle comparison objections.
• Attend all mandatory product training, launch briefings, and model refresher sessions without exception.
• Represent the Jetour brand with the highest standard of professional conduct, grooming, and communication at all times.

E. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all customer documents — quotations, reservation forms, contracts — are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with the F&I Officer for financing submissions and with the Documentation Officer for OR/CR and LTO processing.
• Participate in the post-delivery follow-up call (Day 7 after delivery) to confirm customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all Data Privacy Act requirements in handling customer information.
• Report daily activity (walk-ins, test drives, quotes issued, reservations) to the GRM via the Daily SC Activity Log.
