Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Specialist to assist clients in finding suitable real estate properties and guide them through the sales process. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for real estate.
Location: San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan & Quezon City
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Assist buyers and investors with property selection and financing options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
