Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Account to assist customers with banking, loan, or financial service inquiries. You will provide accurate and professional support while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to banking, loans, credit cards, or financial services via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information on account details, transactions, interest rates, and financial products
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Work Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full paid financial account and compliance training provided
What to expect:
- Detail-oriented, compliance-driven environment
- Exposure to banking and financial processes
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and numerical skills
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Amenable to shifting schedules
